The organisation was expanding and needed to create an additional branch. The existing telephone system was now “end of life”. To move forward it needed to be replaced. The telephone system needed to be sourced and implemented before the organisation could continue with its growth.
The solution
The organisation sought to implement a VoIP system across their three locations, including their newest premises. We sourced solutions from three suppliers, weighing up the benefits and drawbacks of each before presenting them to the relevant staff.
We oversaw the pitches and demonstrations of each of the potential partners, affording the organisation’s members the opportunity to test and query each setup where possible. After discussing the VoIP systems with the team and collating their feedback, we recommended the solution incorporating IP Cortex’s technology, the most cost-effective and promising proposal of the three.
